Maude Dreaming

Hi everyone!

I'm excited to share this quick 6x6 card created for a swap with our monthly crafty group. The softness of Maude's garments (Stampsmith) inspired me to use grey ink (Ancient Page) for the words (Quietfire Designs) and flourishes (Inkadinkado) instead of black. The paper is so delicate (Basic Grey) and the dewdrops are pearly white too which I think also helps soften the end result. I'm not sure if you can see that I have colored her dress and head piece pink, but the color is there - honest! :)

Sweet dreams!

  1. this is a beautiful card valerie, thanks for your comment on my moo card, in answer to your question I have copied this from the make a moo or two site:
A Moo is a little card with the size of 2.8 x 7 centimeters or approximately 1.1 x 2.8 inches. Beside this fixed size it's what you make of it! Choose the materials and techniques you like and show us how you worked with the theme.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a comment! Your kind words are so inspiring...
