TCCC#6: Non-Traditional Halloween Colors

It's Friday - must be time for another Third Coast installment!  The current Third Coast Creative Challenge is to use non-traditional Halloween colors in a Halloween creation - so, no orange, no lime green, no purple.  We'd love to see you play along!  You have incredibly good chances of winning a $25 gift certificate for Third Coast Rubber Stamps - a bazillion stamps to choose from - something for every taste!!

Here's my creation for this challenge.  I went with the colors pink and gray and white for my project - definitely non-traditional Halloween colors.  Little did I know that when they mix, they sorta make a shade of purple.  DOH!!! :(  Now, it's not your typical shade of Halloween purple, so I think I'm safe and haven't completely failed the challenge!!! LOL! :)  You be the judge - is it non-traditional colors??

The moon was lost behind a cloud,
When something weird went by,
I tried to see it going,
It flew so fast and high...

I don't believe in witches,
But that is what I saw,
Sailing high up in the sky
On a broom stick made of straw.
